    First off, you need to be hydrated before you put it on. This will stop the flushing and tingling to the face. You have to have clean dry skin before you put it on. It will stay on. I started out putting tape over it , you really don't need to. I put in on at my upper arm, the deltoid area. No problem. I'm 63 I have always had no energy because of depression.
